In the measurement of superheated steam, although density is also a function of temperature and pressure, it no longer follows the ideal gas state equation, and the functional relationship is different in different pressure and temperature ranges, making it difficult to express in a simple functional relationship. Therefore, this article focuses on the determination method of commonly used steam tightness.
The water vapor used in the determination of density engineering is mostly in the state of just leaving the liquid or close to the liquid, and its properties are very different from ideal gases, so it should be regarded as actual gases. The physical properties of water vapor are much more complex than ideal gases, so they cannot be described using simple mathematical formulas; So, in previous engineering calculations, most of the state parameter values involving water vapor were found from the water vapor table. Load the water vapor state parameter table into the instrument memory, which contains a large amount of data. With the development of electronic technology, computers (or microcontrollers) have been widely used in flow measurement instruments.
